ENGINEERED SILICONE HOSE PRODUCT
We produce silicone hoses with a variety of constructions of different materials to improve performance.
For example, adding helical wire or replace the polyester with aramid to make the hose with high mechanical strength, flexibility, and temperature resistance. We are also committed to reducing the number of components and making hoses simpler and easier to install.
Available in fabric surface and gloss surface, lengths of up to 12ft (on request) with a wall thickness between 0.157" and 0.190" (dependant apon the number of ply's) and various inner diameters upto 152mm - this is our standard silicone hose which can be used for most fluid handling applications. Meeting the requirements of SAE J20 R1, with operating temperatures from -55°C to +176°C this hose is resistant to oil spray, lubricants, most chemicals, UV and Ozone.
This hose is the basis for most 'under bonnet' silicone hose applications such as turbo hoses, intercooler hoses and charge air connector hoses (CAC).

Available in straight lengths as well as one-hump and two-hump
Approved by Lloyds of London and meeting the requirements of SAE 2006 R1, our silicone marine wet exhaust hose is manufactured as standard with a blue cover and red inner liner.
Operating temperatures are between -55°C to +176°C, and for a short time at 200°C - this hose is either 4 or 6 ply polyester reinforced.
Standard lengths of 1m, 2m and 4m with inner diameters iof between 25mm and 508mm.

SILICONE FLEX HOSE
Available with corrugated ends and sooth ends
Meeting the requirements of SAE J20 R2, our silicone flex hose is manufactured as standard with a blue, black or red.
Operating temperatures are between -55°C to +176°C, this hose is 3 ply polyester reinforced. Standard lengths of 350mm to 1000mm with inner diameters of between 6mm and 70mm.
Manufactured with a steel wire spiral embedded inside the reinforcement plys this hose demonstrates flexibility not possible with most standard hoses. Resistant to oil spray, lubricants, most chemicals, UV and Ozone this hose is for industrial applications in low pressure operating environments.

UPS VI WIRE SILICONE HOSE
Platinum Cured
Transparent hose, conforming to USP Class VI EP 3.1.9, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, BFR Standard part XV and EC 1935/2001 (A, B, C, D1), not for D2 and fatty food.
Operating temperatures are between -60°C to +356°C, and for a short time at 200°C - this hose 4 ply polyester, 316 Stainless Steel wire helix
Standard lengths of 4m with inner diameters of between 13mm and 102mm.
